Privacy Policy

1. About this policy
This Policy explains how FUT ANÁLISES handles the personal data of people who use the platform, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Law No. 12,965/2014). It complements the Terms of Use.
2. What data we collect, why, and under what legal basis

We do not collect sensitive data, and the platform is not intended for people under 18.
3. Local storage in the browser
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage: the login session, the theme preference (light/dark), the record of your acceptance of the Terms and the state of the welcome tour. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Sharing
Your data is only shared with the processors needed for the service to work:
- payment providers (Mercado Pago and Olimpo), to process purchases;
- Google, when you choose to sign in with your Google account;
- our transactional email provider, to send verification, password recovery and notices;
- the browser/device push notification service, when enabled;
- hosting infrastructure, where the data is stored;
- authorities, when required by law or a court order.
We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, your profile, coins, unlocks, favorites, notifications and tokens are erased.
- Payment records: kept without a link to your profile for the period required by tax and consumer protection law.
- Access logs (IP, date and time): at least 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet.
- Email verification and password reset links: expire within 24 hours and can only be used once.
6. Security
Passwords are stored only as a hash, communication is always encrypted (HTTPS), access to data is restricted, and sessions can be ended at any time: changing or resetting your password ends all open sessions.
7. Your rights as a data subject
Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can request at any time:
- confirmation of and access to your data;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- data portability;
- information on who your data was shared with;
- withdrawal of consent (e.g. push notifications);
- account deletion, available directly in Settings.
To exercise these rights, use the Report a problem button inside the platform (your request reaches support together with your account email, which lets us confirm your identity), or reply to any email sent by FUT ANÁLISES. We respond within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
8. Changes
This Policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the platform, with the update date shown at the top of this page.
